Material development lab in Schaffhausen
Both the material and the process play a key role for the performance of a component. With the alloy and the follow-up treatment, GF Casting Solutions significantly influences the material properties as well as the weight, costs and the behavior of the casting during its entire lifetime. With the right joining technique, such as riveting or bonding, the division develops and builds optimized interfaces to create innovative lightweight solutions.

Faster development thanks to validation
With state-of-the-art testing methods we test materials, entire components or required functions during the development phase and evaluate the processes. As a result, development loops between prototyping and serial production can be reduced: optimizing the costs as well as the time frame.
